If you change your mind
You can get a full refund any time before we start building. We start building once you have sent your brand details, so email us before that and we will refund you. Once the build has started, we cannot refund it, because the work is done for you.

What else will I pay for?+
Your Shopify subscription, the supplier’s cost for each product when an order comes in, and any advertising you choose to run. We do not take a cut of your sales.
Who ships the orders?+
The US supplier packs and ships each order. You never hold stock.
Can I change products and prices?+
Yes. Add, remove or reprice anything from your own Shopify admin.
Do I really own the store?+
Yes. The store and the supplier account are handed to you. We ask you to change the passwords straight away.
I am not a designer. Is that a problem?+
No. Send a logo and colors, or tell us you have none and we will make a simple set.
How long does it take?+
We build it within 24 hours of receiving your brand details.
What about health claims and rules?+
You are responsible for what your store and ads say. Supplements cannot claim to treat or cure disease, so check the FTC and FDA rules before you advertise.
